Some new things have been happening and happening very quickly at Holiday Lakes.

1. We are in contract with the Brass Pelican (Sandusky and Huron) and we will have a restaurant this Spring/Summer. We are shooting for a mid to late May opening. Its been a very positive experience so far and we are working hard with the owner Scott to get this up and running ASAP.


3. The electronic gate at the marina is up and running. There will be a one time $10.00 fee to obtain a key to operate it. If you would like, we also will have garage like remotes for easier access. The remotes will cost $30.00 each.

4. The East Beach will be getting its makeover before long and we want to thank the membership for their support. We raised just under $9000.00 and a special thanks goes out to those who donated gifts to be handed out during our event. The board would also like to thank Steve Nedolast for donating his 50/50 winnings back to our cause. It was a great night, filled with music, fun, prizes and many great memories. THANK YOU MEMBERSHIP!!!!




Just a reminder, bills for our association fees, assessments and lot charges will be arriving soon. Those that have not or do not pay will be placed on our delinquency list and these actions will be taken: (lien placed on ones property; turned over to a collection agency and recorded with the credit bureau which will have a direct effect on any future credit; all lake amenities are suspended for all members of that household; all voting rights are suspended).
