Please be aware that the last season of goose hunting is nearly here. Hunters will be shooting from designated areas but first must sign a waiver and provide adequate hunting information to Cindy at the lodge.
The lake is starting to finally lower. We will do our best to keep it in check around the 3-4 below normal mark but mother nature can change that at any given time.
Monthly membership meetings will resume this January and continue as usual on a monthly basis.
The snow.....where is it? We imagine that eventually we will get some and when we do please be patient as we are down a maintenance member due to surgery. We want to wish Lewis Stein, who has been a part of our staff for several years now, a quick and healthy recovery.
Just a reminder, bills for our association fees, assessments and lot charges will be arriving soon. Those that have not or do not pay will be placed on our delinquency list and these actions will be taken: (lien placed on ones property; turned over to a collection agency and recorded with the credit bureau which will have a direct effect on any future credit; all lake amenities are suspended for all members of that household; all voting rights are suspended).
